Yes, you can enjoy your continental breakfast with good juices, coffees and tea, toast, bread, cold cuts, pastries and fruits, every day of 8-11h.

Do you have a storage room to leave my luggage?

That’s right, you can leave your bags on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Especially pilgrims who stay frequently use this service, which is totally free for our guests.

How can you get to As Chivas Casa Rural from the airport? And from the train station?

We have taxi services so that you can arrive comfortably, just contact us to coordinate your arrival time and you will have a taxi waiting for you at the door of the airport or train station.

I am doing the Camino de Santiago. Is Chivas Casa Rural near Redondela?

In As Chivas we have done the Camino de Santiago and we know what a few more km represent after having reached the end of the day’s stage, for this reason and despite the fact that we are a few steps from Redondela (4km) and Arcade (1 , 5 Km), we offer you a taxi service that looks for you in any of these two points and returns you the next day to the same place where you were picked up so that you can continue on your way.

When can I use my room?

At any time, from 15H.

What time should I leave it?

You can enjoy your room until 11.00 am. If you left later, and without warning, we could charge you an extra charge. If you decide to extend your stay one or more nights, you must notify Reception before 11am and we will confirm you according to availability.

Do you have late check out service? How much would it cost me?

Yes, we will be delighted that you can enjoy a little more of your rest in our House, for this you must request the Late check out service no later than 10 am, which will be subject to availability. It is possible to do a late check out until 16H, at a cost of € 25.

Do you accept long stays?

If you want to spend a season with us to discover the charms of Galicia, we will love having you at home for many days. We do not have limitations of stays for days.

I would like to make a group reservation

We will be happy to stay in our Rural House. Contact us to organize the rooms and make the reservation.

Do you have dinner service?

Yes, we have dinner service for our guests. It is only necessary that you request it before your arrival so that you can enjoy a delicious homemade Galician food in a very cozy atmosphere.

Can I buy alcoholic beverages and meals and consume them on your premises?

We are sorry but it is not possible. We have dinner service for our guests that we are sure will be to your complete satisfaction.

What time do you have for dinner?

We serve dinner until 22H.

Do you have laundry?

Yes, you can request the washing and drying service for your clothes for € 6.

Can I buy a travel adapter?

That’s right, we have adapters for sale at the Reception.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, we generally apply the “Free Cancellation” condition. In the event that you have selected a Non-refundable rate, it cannot be canceled or modified.

What are the cancellation and refund conditions?

Depending on the rate you choose, you will have some conditions or others. You can see them when you select the rate in the reservation process.

Can I pay for my room in cash?

Yes, at the time of your registration you can make the payment of your room in cash. We also offer you payment by transfer, debit or credit card … you decide.

Do you accept pets?

We are sorry. We only accept guide dogs in private rooms.

Yes, you can check our agenda on our page.

Can I hold a celebration at As Chivas?

Yes, you can ask us about your ideas by writing directly to our email or by calling us at our contact numbers. You tell us the date and the reason and we take care of the rest.


Check-in and Check-out hours

Check-in begins at 15:00 and Check-out ends at 11:00. We have a left-luggage office to leave your luggage.


For Check-in you need a passport or European ID. As Chivas Casa Rural & Restaurante reserves the right to identify anyone who is within its facilities.

Age restrictions

Children under 18 years of age must stay with an adult. In the case of not being one of your parents, you must present a parental consent with a copy of the signed ID. They should always stay in a private room. In case this rule is not complied with, As Chivas Casa Rural & Restaurante has the obligation not to give you accommodation.

Payment of the reservation

All reservations with refundable rates will be paid on the day of arrival. All reservations with non-refundable rates will be paid at the time of booking.

Customer behavior

Respect is requested for other clients, neighbors and the objects of the accommodation. If this is not complied with, you could be forced to leave the As Chivas Casa Rural & Restaurante facilities.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the As Chivas Casa Rural & Restaurante facilities, as well as on the balconies.

No drugs

Drugs are illegal in Spain. If any guest consumes drugs in any part of As Chivas Casa Rural & Restaurante, they will be forced to leave the facilities. No refund will be issued.

Alcohol consumption

Alcohol is not served to persons under 18 years of age. Alcohol is available in the restaurant and is only served there.

Personal items

As Chivas Casa Rural & Restaurante is not responsible for the personal belongings of the clients.
